Shipping policy

Shipping, local pickup and return/ refund policy. 

DTF Transfers and Screen Print Transfers:
All transfers are ready to ship/pickup unless marked as a preorder. In stock items usually ship out or ready for pickup within 1– 5 business days. (Mon-Fri) 
Preorder transfers will have a date with the latest date items will ship or be ready for pickup , please view the date prior to ordering. 

Apparel (Shirts, Sweatshirts, etc.):
All apparel items are made to order and ship within 5–14 business days. During peak times, please allow a little extra time for production.

Once shipped or when you items are ready for pickup, you’ll receive tracking information via email/phone (depending on what you use at checkout). Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

**** ALL SALES FOR TRANSFERS, LIVE SALE ITEMS  and ANY CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. For completed shirts if you have issues you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). We will review the request and determine within 2-3 business days if your request is approved or denied. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER WRONG. Please check all orders prior to submitting and reach out to us be email if you have questions before ordering. 

IF YOU CHOOSE LOCAL PICKUP AT CHECKOUT AND REQUIRE SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT SHIP. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO REACH OUT TO US AND ARRANGE/PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS!

For local pickups: Pickups are offered 2 times a week unless we are closed. You must reach out to me prior to picking up your order to confirm pickup dates and times. 
Weekly pickup days, times and locations:

Monday at 5:30pm at Burlington police dept.

Thursday at 5:30pm at Graham police dept. 

NOTE: If you work with me I will let you know when I have your items with me at work  

Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Choose a day above and let me know which one you would like. If you can’t pickup at these locations and times on days listed you have an option to have your items shipped for additional fee. WE NEVER DO HOME DELIVERIES OR PORCH PICKUPS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
